Response time expectations. We’re a lean team of 10 — not a support department. General questions typically get a reply within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). Editorial corrections are fast-tracked and usually turn around in 24 hours. Sponsor inquiries get a same-week response. If you don’t hear back within 5 business days, please email again — sometimes our filters catch things they shouldn’t.
Before you write
A few things that’ll get you a faster and more useful reply:
- For corrections — include the exact URL of the page and the specific claim/price you think is wrong, ideally with a source we can check.
- For case studies — a two-line summary of what you built, how long it took, and roughly where your revenue is now. We’ll follow up from there.
- For sponsorships — tell us the audience you’re trying to reach, roughly what you want to spend, and what format (newsletter placement, display, sponsored deep-dive, etc.) you have in mind.
- For contributor pitches — a 1-paragraph pitch beats a full draft. Tell us the angle, why you’re the right person to write it, and roughly what length you’re thinking.
